Crushed Qwilfish

New Description/Thoughts

Oh, silly me from years ago. You enjoy "making" flattened Pokémon? Who do you think you are, a deity? ...Well, maybe I'm being a little hard on me from years ago. A picture's a picture. Anyway, I'm sure future me would find a lot of things wrong with what I'm typing now.

Before I make my head explode from all this temporal discussion, how about I say that this
is also one of my favorites from back then? Aside from the fact that the tail fin is 90 degrees away from the angle that it should be at. And that the usually rigid spikes are all pushed back 'n' stuff. Ah well.

Hey, Qwilfish is a pretty cute fellow, hm? Not without a bit of toughness, though. The full package, right there! <3

Original Description

Well, it's been less than 482 days! Unfortunately, it's been about 27 days. That's particularly because of many things going on, but also due to how much trouble I have drawing Qwilfish. I've had little experience or education in using programs to create digital art (which is why I enjoy making flattened Pokémon; no fancy effects or shading needed!), so Qwilfish gave me a bit of trouble, particularly with the spikes. I did get all twelve of them, but it was tricky to get them in good positions, and it was hard to make them look good while not blending in with the rest of the body. I think this Qwilfish looks fairly well done, though, but I can't say I'm too proud of it.

Still, I hope the one who indirectly requested this, , likes it. And that he's not the only one who likes it. Whatever the case, comment away! Polite criticism can only help me get better. And I know you all want to see that.

On an unrelated note, what do I think crushed this poor Qwilfish? I say the Whiscash I uploaded a while ago wanted to try flattening something. Unfortunately, slamming your body on a very spiky and poisonous Pokémon is not a good idea.
